Any opinions on Locators News Incorporated in West Chester, PA?

I saw an ad in the York, PA newspaper with a listing for a good bunch of rental homes around the area. However, now that I've called Locators, Inc. and forked over the $179.14 they required before I could access their website, I'm on their site and can't find much at all--especially none of the listings they advertised. Funny thing is, in their fine print, it says they will not provide info about any listing in their newspaper ads! Sounds like a bait & hook method to me. Anybody else out there run into them or have any thoughts? In ads, they go by LOCATORS 800-219-9140
