Will Femodette give me spots?

I first tried Cilest for periods and for spots which gave me very dry skin with loads of small spots all over my skin. The I tried Yasmin, which cabically did the same thing. I was tehn put on Tetralysal for my acne, and am still on it now and am happy with the results. I want to go on Femdette, but do you think I'll get acne agan from it? thanksss
