What do you think about my poem? I've rewritten it?

I think it's mournful and sad, it really gave me feelings. I imagined being by myself somewhere cold looking at wilted flowers. There's room for improvement technically but I dont think that's the most important aspect in poetry. I don't think it's too depressing, it's sad and is about death (or so it would seem) but not in a suicidal way. It is a very good poem.
