Im so worried what do i do?

I've been reckless banging girl after girl after i found out i had ..I can stop ..i need a therapist...now im afraid there's going to be a epidemic in my town. Im so worried. I'm only 17 and im wondering what should i do..I went to confession, but the priest only told me to do 20 hail mary's.. these girls are going to be outbreaking like the ghetto women have babies... please help
