Ok, DUB masters, I need to know if there is an adaptor or converter for my 4 1/2" 5- lug hub to a 5" wheel?

The 5-lug hub on my van has a 4 1/2" radius on the lugs but I have a set of rims that requires a 5" radius. Is there a convertor, adaptor, or something I can do to make the rims fit?
