Need help with new computer build!!!?

I just built an new computer.. and I have issues with it already... when windows loads the audio crackles and changes output level. There is also a lot of bleed-through from my mouse and other internal noises. When I click I hear a noise and when I scroll I hear it scroll so i need a new mother board. I have on board audio.. please help I am really sick of this
