Do you think the Cavs will remain undefeated going into the finals?

Nope! I want them to but I don't think that will happen. I do think they can go to the finals and win the championship, but things will get thougher in the conference finals and even more thougher in the NBA finals. So, I think they will not remain undefeated going into the NBA finals.
