Do you know the name of the person who does pictures of babies inside flowers, fruits, etc.?

My sister got some years ago 2 greeting cards with this photos. In one there are 3 opened water melons and there are one cure baby inside of each one. the other card had some tulips and there were also some babies going out of them. Does someone know the name of the person that does them? I have really tried to find the name in ternet without result.
